Polite Notice
Players sign up for a term of tennis. No refunds are given, 'make-up' sessions are at the discretion of the Tennis Director. Long term injuries will be viewed with sympathy and decisions made on an individual basis.
24 hours notice is required when cancelling individual sessions; if the lesson cannot be filled, the coach may seek full payment.
